Terms of Service

Before using noonoo, read the rules for service use, accounts, billing, and acceptable use.

1. Overview

noonoo provides prepaid access to AI language models, including Claude, GPT, and other models. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

Users register with an email address and one-time verification code. Each individual user may maintain only one account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and Billing

  • Credits must be purchased in advance and are provided on a prepaid basis.
  • Credits are priced in USD and deducted based on token usage for each API call.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page, and later adjustments will be announced when reasonably possible.
  • Credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, exploitative content involving minors, attacks on or interference with service infrastructure, unauthorized resale, rate-limit evasion, API abuse, or developing competing products using this service infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to maintain high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the service belongs to the user, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. noonoo does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, noonoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the unused credit balance in the account when the claim is made.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Cookie

We use only necessary cookies, such as language preference and authentication session cookies. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
